✅ You can open the order in front of the courier to check the design and fabric only before receiving it.
– If you don’t like it, you can return it immediately with the courier on the spot.

❌ Trying on the items before payment is not allowed.
– You can try them on after receiving and paying for the order.

🔁 Exchange is available within 24 hours after receiving the order:
– You can exchange size for size or model for model.
– Shipping fees are paid by the customer.
– Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

🔄 Returns are available within 14 days of receiving the order:
– The return must be made in person at the store or via a representative sent by the customer.
– The item must be in its original condition (not worn, not washed, and free from any damage).
