1- The customer’s location must be specified on the map, and the address must include clear and complete details, such as the building or villa number, apartment number, street name, city, and postal code. Additionally, the recipient’s name and phone number must be provided.

2- The store strives to process and deliver orders promptly within 10 business days from the date of order placement for local shipments across all governorates in Egypt.

3- The store apologizes for any inability to ship or deliver an order in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, the store management will inform the customer and refund the order amount at the earliest possible opportunity, depending on the circumstances.

4- Orders will be handed over to the shipping company on business days only, from Saturday to Thursday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

5- Any errors or omissions in the order details, such as incorrect phone numbers or incomplete shipping addresses, may cause delivery delays and will be the customer's responsibility.

6- The store cannot deliver or ship orders to incomplete or unregistered addresses, pseudonyms, or inaccurate recipient names. Customers will be notified, and the order will be cancelled if necessary.

7- If the customer cannot be reached or refuses to accept the order for reasons other than an error in the shipped items, the store will return the order and charge the shipping cost or deduct it from any pre-paid amount made via the online store.
